Okay, so heres the deal: The reason I havn't updated in a while can be broken down into 3 reasons. The first reason is because I still havn't gotten my hard drive to work. I think this problem will be getting fixed soon because I will be getting a replacement and Jessee Lang (aka Bear) is gonna help me get it all working. Once that is working, expect usual updating to commence.

The second reason is because of work. I have been working 40-50 hours lately and I don't have much time, especially with reasons one and three.

The third reason is because of my living situation. This is a big mess. Let me try to explain it all. I have two roomates. Nick and Dave. I like them both. At the begining of the month, we told the landlord that we would be moving out at the end of the month because we pay way too much for this crap hole. So...the hunt started. Nick and I would start driving and looking in the paper on our days off or before/after work. Dave did not look at all. Dave demanded that we have a "really nice place" with a garage. It HAD to have a garage. This was fine. That is, untill we realized that everything with a garage cost $300 more than anything without one. We found a couple of places.

One was on 42nd and Quitman, and after looking at and in it (which dave did not show up for), Nick and I decided that it was a really kickin' place to live. It was a 3 bedroom, no car hole, two story with an entirly finished basement. 3 bedroom and the smallest of the bedrooms was a little bigger than the one I'm in now and the largest of the bedrooms was about over 4 times the size of the one I am in now. $950/month...awesome deal. The other place was a 3 bedroom, one story house in a neighborhood on old people and working class 30 somethings. The largest bedroom there was the same size as my room now and the house was kinda small with hardwood floors and a car hole. the house was pink. it was $1250/month. Not a good deal.

Dave insisted that we move into this place just because it had the garage. He claimed he needed it. Why you ask? "So I can do some body work on my VW Golf:" Please note that the Golf isnt even the car he drives. He has a Dodge Ram that he drives. Anyhow...how the story goes is that Nick and I decide we want the Quitman cool house, but before we can tell dave, he tells us that he is moving out on his own. Thsi means that for 23 Days, Nick and I put in about probably 40 hours of looking for a place that would fit our roomates specifications THAT ISNT EVEN GOING TO BE LIVING WITH US ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!. This gives us 7days to find a place and move into it.

After brainstorming one night, Maggie came up with the idea that she could do the 3rd credit check and so we could move into quitman and just try to find a roomate asap. We were gonna do it. After all, what could go wrong...the lady called me that morning asking if we were gonna get our third credit check in. So the next morning, Nick called her at 8am and she said they had allready rented the place the day before. Awesome. No place to live. So since then we have put in about another 10 hours of looking for places that we could live and we cant find any. Side note, the place dave moved to is a 1bedroom appartment where he pays $450/month and it dosent even have a garage. hes keeping the golf at his buddys house. Right now I really hate this kid. He also moved out while Nick and I were at work and just left us a note.

Anyhow, Nick and I are going to live at our parents houses respectively untill we can find a place. So...Untill I get my Hard drive fixed, or have some time...goodbye, and post in forums too cause I still check those every day.
